Join The Nakba Education Project as we welcome speakers from BADIL and Zochrot to discuss the ongoing Nakba's effects on Palestinians both in Palestine and the diaspora.  Presentations will provide a historical overview of the Nakba ("catastrophe" in Arabic) and the Right of Return, the forcible displacement of Palestinians from before 1948 through the present day, and the practicalities of return for refugees.  Audiences will have time to consider their role in supporting the call for Right of Return, and how to integrate the Nakba into US-based activism.
