We in the Philadelphia For Palestinian Return Coalition are proud to announce a screening of a new short documentary, "Hebron," directed by Palestinian activist and filmmaker Yousef Natsha, held at the Philadelphia Liberation Center.

Hebron examines the extent to which human rights are realized in a Palestinian community under Israeli occupation. Through provoking footage and interviews, this 40-minute film depicts Palestinian civilians attempting to exert their fundamental human rights, such as education, religion, movement, and dignity, within a highly oppressive apartheid state.

Filmmaker Yousef Natsha grew up in Hebron and began documenting the struggles and resistance of his community at the age of 19. He has worked with local and international human rights organizations and with various forms of media - including radio, photography, and film - to tell the story of his community, and we are proud to bring it to you here in Philly.

Come and stay for a discussion about the film and Palestine with the filmmaker. Free drinks and snacks will be provided!

Philadelphia For Palestinian Return is a coalition of Temple University Students for Justice in Palestine, Party for Socialism and Liberation - PSL, Jewish Voice for Peace - Philadelphia, and Philly BDS.
